Each of the Microsoft services that you engage can be used by just one user who holds the corresponding licence. Therefore, in the licence set-up you will have to add as many licences as the number of users you need for your business.
Although each licence can be used on more than one device, there is a single username and password.
A tenant is your personal space on the Microsoft cloud, that is, a dedicated instance for your organisation only on its infrastructure, from which you will be able to manage all of your services, as well as to set up access permissions and adjust settings whenever you need to do so.
The tenant is associated with your Microsoft subscription. This will enable you to carry out actions such as assigning, renewing and cancelling user licences, resetting their passwords and changing their security settings.
If you already have a tenant, you can let us know when you set up your licence. Otherwise, we will provide it to you when you have completed the engagement process.
As is the case of any other service you have taken out with dinahosting, go to the Invoicing > Renew services section on your Control Panel . From there, you can select which licences you would like to renew or cancel, or you can set up the auto-renewal option if you find it inconvenient to keep track of the date they run out.
